To Paulette, the thrill of drawing is equally as important as spreading the word to as many people as possible that they can do it, too.
It is just a matter of learning basic perceptual skills as found in Dr. Betty Edward's book Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain.
Whenever Paulette demonstrates. she cannot help but notice in almost everyone, a curiosity and awe in the method which she has taught since 1987. A student's desire to learn, coupled with Paulette's compassion to fill it through teaching drawing is a magical combination.
A local columinist once wrote: "People who think they can't draw, probably haven't met Paulette Purser. She can change that way of thinking... fast! It is not often that we have an opportunity to share something new with as much personal potential.
So, consider art a challenge and let Paulette "Draw" you out ..." |
